Collaborative Development of the Terms of Reference (ToR)
The Terms of Reference (ToR) serve as the foundation of the project. We act not merely as a contractor, but as an expert partner, helping the customer translate their needs into precise technical requirements.

- Defining Automation Boundaries: Clear delineation of responsibilities and physical interfaces between the facility's existing infrastructure and the newly integrated JMD-EVNAT equipment.
- Approving Process Parameters: Agreement on monitoring and control points (analog and digital signals), required measurement precision, as well as safety interlock and protection algorithms.
- System Interface Coordination: Defining the data exchange protocols (Modbus, Profibus, HART, etc.) for seamless integration with the upper-level DCS/SCADA systems (control room) and other adjacent third-party systems.
- Documentation and Sign-Off: Drafting and mutual approval of the final Terms of Reference (ToR), which serves as the binding legal and technical foundation for all subsequent project phases
